Prices

All prices include VAT but exclude any delivery/courier charges.  Delivery charges are as stated.

We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.

In the event of an error/incorrect price on a product you have ordered we will inform you immediately and we will give you the option of amending your order at the correct price or cancelling it.  If you cancel your order and have already paid for the products, we will give you a full refund.   If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Payment

Payment can be made by most major UK credit debit cards.

Availability

All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time.

If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be notified with the offer of an alternative or given a full refund.

Delivery

We do not offer any courier services on any TVs.  TVs sales are either Click and Collect or Free local delivery using our own delivery vehicles.

With exception of Televisions, we deliver to mainland UK via UPS next day service with the exception of some outlying areas (LINK)

Courier costs are shown during checkout.

Providing goods are in stock we aim to despatch orders received before 1pm via UPS on a next day delivery service – excluding weekends and bank holidays.  A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you at point of despatch.

UPS next day delivery is usually next day however some areas may take longer, UPS delivery is beyond out control and next day deliveries can sometimes be delayed due to factors beyond our control.

In the event of good been out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. 

We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering the products.

Right to Withdraw / Cancellation

Under the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods.  You then have a further 14 days to return the goods back to us. This is your UK statutory right.

You have the right to inspect goods but they must be returned in original condition.

You have a duty of care while the products are in your possession and we reserve the right to apply a charge for any damage that may have occurred during this period.

We reserve the right to apply a charge for any item returned which missing components and/or accessories.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging

Goods must be returned at your expense.  Good must arrive back undamaged – please consider this when packaging them.  We would recommend insuring the goods sufficiently to cover their value – the goods must arrive back undamaged – a full refund cannot be given for damaged or soiled goods.

If you are having difficulty arranging a return for the goods, please contact us.

We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and within 14 days of the cancellation date.

If your order has been processed but goods have not been despatched a full refund will be given within 7 days

Damaged and Faulty Goods

In the event that the products you have received have been damaged please contact us on 01229 870090 or info@searleaudio.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery.  You have the right to reject damaged goods within 30 days of purchase.

If you discover that the products which you have received are faulty, please contact us immediately. You have the right to a full refund if a fault is discovered within 30 days of delivery.

Your Statutory Rights

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer. We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions clauses wherever consumer statutory rights are not affected.
